Alice Rousseau is a criminal lawyer specialized in criminal tax law.

She started her career as a tax lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. For four years she advised the firm's French and international clients on complex corporate, financial, wealth management and real estate tax related issues. In 2013, Alice joined the firm's white collar and litigation team.

With her dual expertise in tax and criminal laws, and her in-depth knowledge of the practical issues involved in these two areas, Alice Rousseau decided to set-up in 2019 a criminal defense law firm dedicated to tax fraud related issues, whose expertise has been recognized.

Alice also assists clients in criminal financial cases, criminal economic cases and in compliance.

Alice co-hosts, since 2022, the quarterly chronicle of criminal tax law at the Revue de Droit Fiscal.

She works both in French and in English.
